Almost 70 bars in Cornwall tend to be getting involved in the Trelawny Shout this St Piran’s Day – a size rendition of Cornish anthem at 9pm. Organised because of the Cornwall Community Foundation, and supported by St Austell Brewery, the theory has snowballed inside couple weeks since its beginning. Male vocals choirs, community choirs, chapel choirs and lots of various other singing groups attended forward to assist get things going once the time strikes.
BBC broadcast Cornwall is broadcasting real time from Golden Lion in Port Isaac, where Fisherman’s Friends will lead their particular shout.
